Salary: £30,000–£40,000 DOE (Junior roles from £24,000; Contract Biller path to £40,000–£45,000 with guarantees available)

The directors of the business are hands on and both lead from the front, so you’ll be around people who practice what they preach, and they’ll give lots of support to help you succeed from day one. They are very well connected and get a lot of roles before they come on the market too.
What We’re Looking For:
Junior Consultants - Your starting base: £24,000, with full support to grow your desk and expand horizontally across the niche.
360 Consultants - If you’ve got some experience, you’re looking at £30,000–£40,000, depending on what you bring to the table. Proven track record in recruitment - or even ambitious sales experience—is highly valued.
Contract Billers - For those with 3–4 years of contract-focused experience, they’ll look to support a strong transition into full 360 billing, offering £40,000–£45,000 plus performance guarantees tailored to you!
